Whoever is handling him needs to redirect his focus. He has incredible ability which needs to be matched with some hard work. If he put as much time into his craft as he did his "act" he would be dangerous. He can't be another Mayweather, the skills are not even similar but if someone convinces him to move forward and let his hands ho he would be better. Fighting off his back foot like Mayweather is going against all of his physical strengths and his footwork is just not that good. He has dome speed and power. He just needs to sit down on his punches and throw. He could actually learn from Errol Spence.
