There is one thing that is defenately overlooked using the stable release, like Johnson does.

There is not any timing what so ever in the sense of closing the clubhead to impact. It only relates to the amount of rotation in his shoulders and using really, really passive hands and not to try crossing nor anything else.

The flat to bowed forward hand at the top is basically taking all hand action off the downswing. And if you wish to fire the ball at max speed off the tee, that is a huge benefit. Just keep those fists moving around without any twiddling with your forearms or wrists.

Any tips for getting a higher launch out of a driver? I play a strong grip and have a pretty solid amount of rotation. I prefer a straight to draw ball flight but can only take driver over trees if I play a 20+ yard cut. I play a Cleveland Classic XL set at 11.5 loft

Hello, I am wondering if I should try the bowed wrist as Dustin Johnson does if I also use a similar strong grip. I am not sure whether I should change to neutral of do it as DJ's way

Broke 40 for the first time in 3 years on a 9 hole course par 36. I love your videos and using some of your techniques. Thank you from Oregon

Thanks again guys for another great video! You guys have helped me tremendously over the last 8 months. I went from a 26.6 handicap to a 13.1. I have been shooting in the mid to low 80's lately. Last week I shot my best score ever, a 73. Recently I picked up a slice with my driver and this video may have helped. I think it is my wrist cock. My left wrist at the top of the swing is cocked into an open position. This week I'll work on fixing it. I practice and play 3 days a week. Thanks again, Sean

Dustin Johnson's swing technique, controlled backswing powerful but balanced downswing and finished up with a line of coke.

I was on the range today and hitting them pretty well, but I had some shots that I was topping into the ground, or line driving them. Any thoughts?

Thanks guys. Love your practical approach /realistic approach for the average golfer. Just one thing, if you struggle from a slice. Would it not be a good idea to have a slight bent wrist? Thanks Martin

I've only been playing for two years now. I played baseball for 11. And I shot a 70 2 days ago. I played with Corey pavin Tom Lehman and brad faxon and they said I could go pro. I have never had a coach do you think I should. I've made it this far without one. Love your videos. Keep producing.
