A rich white sport will always have racists in there. It's how rich kids are raised sadly, the privileged are pampered to be better than everyone else, race is just 1 side of it.
When it is suggested that a person's success is due to a racial advantage, what is discounted is the hundreds, if not thousands of hours that said person has devoted to achieving that level of skill. Therefore, in the eyes of a person who subscribes to such a belief, an Asian student who scores 100% on a Math exam would be less impressive than a Caucasian student who scores 95% on the same exam.
