He is the NO 1. I respect him a LOT. But here's the truth. He is not doing only street bodyweight workout for sure. Look at the lower back, TRAPS, side shoulder, biceps, upper and central chest and muscle volume in general. He is going to gym regularly and is doing incline dumbell press, biceps curls, deadlifts, shoulder flys, shrugs etc. Having that amount of muscle volume along with dryness is impossible by doing only bodyweight workout. He does take lots of stronger supplements too in order to maintain the muscle volume. I would dare to say that he even took testosterone boost at some point. Some people says its good genetics but lets be real folks, his father is not super saiyan to have god like genetics.
He's amazing. I noticed that on his pulling motions, his abdominal muscles seem to contract and pull out though. I wonder why that is. I've never seen abs do that.

I was just wondering do you have to do weights to get ripped muscle like you guys but not build bigger muscle as well just get ripped muscle?
