I feel bad for him because he put on a motherfucking show… To say he could of did better is just throwing shade at a guy who couldn't get any consistent help… LeBron finals record don't mean shit… Wilt went 2-4.. It's a team game and GS was lucky Love and Kyrie weren't playing. That changes a lot of aspects and depletes extra adversity. Not saying they would have swept or won but you don't see LeBron James put his all on the court and still come up short because of lack of depth and talents. We can only imagine what if.. CLE will be back next year.. Will GS?! Fuck no, they got lucky they played the easier teams in the road to the finals. They really not as impressive as people say, but they did win so shout out to them. Durant coming back so he'll retake his spot and regain the spotlight. Till next year

Let's look at the myth that LeBron didn't have help. Game 1 – Kyrie scored 23 with 6 assist & Mozgov had 16 points 7 boards Game 2 – Mozgov 17 points with 11 boards, Thompson also pulled down 14 boards Game 3 – Dellavedova drops 20 Game 4 – Mozgov scored 28 points (8 more points than LeBron) with 10 boards Game 5 – Thompson drops 19 points, 10 boards, JR Smith puts up 14 points Game 6 – 19 from JR Smith, 15 points and 13 boards from Thompson and 17 points and boards from Mozgov
Was LeBron carrying them or was he forcing things way too much shooting 13-33, 11-35, 18-38, 7-22, 15-34 and 14-34…..LeBron shouldn't be absent from blame in this series loss. According to the media, it's everyone else's fault.
If your a Cavs fan, you have nothing to be disappointed about. For me personally, I'm just not satisfied with GSW not having to work hard enough to earn it. I'm not discrediting for them winning it all, but aside from Klay's Game 2, Steph's 4th qtr of Game 3, & Steph's Game 5… No one played above average like you should have, to win a title except for Iggy on a consistent basis. Cleveland still gave them trouble with no help from Love & especially Kyrie. And I think if Kyrie doesn't get hurt, Cleveland wins because their defense was great already and all they needed was that extra boost on offense aside from LeBron. I'm not a super fan of either team, but GSW was the better team by default and deserved to win, and CLE exceeded all expectations after those injuries. Hats off to Mark Jackson for building a championship team. It should've been him up there hoisting that trophy. He was wrongfully done and he should've have gotten one more crack at it. Iggy should give him that Finals MVP trophy instead lol. The only thing Kerr did differently was bring in Barbosa & Justin Holiday and actually play them for spurts in the reg. season and playoffs (Barbosa only in playoffs), & replace Iggy and Lee with Harrison & Dray in the starting 5. That was a key move, but in my eyes, only the Dray starting over Lee was the major difference. You could've kept Iggy starting and Harry off the bench and there wouldn't of been too much, if any, of a difference. Lastly, to me, I think Mark Jackson is still standing up there a champion with whatever way he would've put the team together this year. But anyway, congrats to the GSW organization and much respect to LeBron for almost shocking the world and to what would've been the greatest performance in Finals history & what would've been atop the greatest individual performances in the history of all sports.
Bronsexual Logic: Before the game- Lebron makes everyone around him better After they lose-He didn't have any help….. Then want to talk about bullshit stat padding, anyone who's 280lbs 6'8 on steroids running like a guard can drop 40 taking 30+ shots a night. They call him the best in the world but can't even knock down wide open 3s in crunch time. Has to have JR show up for him in clutch situations instead himself. Best in the world my ass. Foh! The LeBitch era is finally over
But first, Wait….Weren't they yelling "No Help", in 2007? In Miami? Now this year? I'm sorry, but there is always an excuse with Lebron and his fans. Lebron has been to the finals 6 times, GO ASK ALL OF THE EASTERN CONFERENCE TEAMS HE BEAT TO GET THERE ALL 6 TIMES AND I GUARANTEE NONE OF THEM WILL SAY "Yeah, he had no help". Also, he just basically said they'll win because "I'm best player in the world" but now they lost because he didn't have talent? Didn't WADE do it buy himself in 06' versus a GREAT Mavs team??
Plus, why is NO ONE talking about his USAGE RATE??? Objectively, he did waaaay better this last game, but every game before this was "Lebron 2k Isomotion x78" So OF COURSE you're going to have beast numbers when you're the only one touching it. I'm sorry, but he could've passed more and let other guys get in a flow. Even Stephen A. Smith said that, talking about that and how some games JR Smith comes out hot but then Lebron forgets about him. And to those that say "But the coach" Nah, Lebron doesn't respect the coach and it's WELL publicized how he OFTEN waives him off. So I don't want to hear that.
He shot 38%FG, 22%3pt FG's, and 70% from the Free-throw line, 0/3 on game winners in this Finals, 0 Pts in OT of G1 before the garbage time layup, and 0 Pts in 4th quarter of Game 4 at home with a chance to go up 3-1 Inefficient. ALSO:
LeBron averaged almost 40 shots a game at about 33 shots a game. while averaging 20 misses a game.. Stats show Mosgov along with Thompson were very productive this series.. If Lebron would have fed the ball a little more to Mosgov or Thompson since Cavs had a huge advantage in the post.. They could have easily won this series since Goldenstate were so small. Even this game…
Mosgov 5-8 17 pts
Thompson 7-12 15 pts
Lebron 13-33 32pts
He has been taking an unnecessary amount of shots this series playin out of his game getting full of himself.. All he had to do was feed Mosgov/Thompson more this series.. They would have won. They only got blown out once this series.. They paint the picture like LeBron had to take all of those shots.. Warriors had no low post scoring. That is why Cavs stayed in it even though they were underman. Perimeter shooting is a hard way to win a title with no post presence.. Realize it or not.. Lebron taking all of those shots this series cost the cavs a chip. Blame LeBron getting full of himself I will say, Lebron definitely displayed greatness and lead his team. He was unstoppable going to the rim and every game no matter how much they were down, with Lebron, you always felt they were in it. Last stat to put the haters to REST
50+ Win Teams Beaten In The Playoffs(SERIES won, NOT games)
Kobe 24 Jordan 20 Duncan 18 Lebron 7
He HAS NOT faced the competition Jorda, Kobe, and Duncan have. Say whatever you want, but those stats show that. If the east was even half as competitive as the West Lebron wouldnt even be going to the finals period 5 straight times. You know he is going again next year. Nobody is on the east. #GOATSF#TOP11ALLTIME#StillNotBetterThanKobeOrJordan#JordanIsGOAT#KobeIsTop5
This defeat should not tarnish his legacy. I don't think Kobe or Jordan had to do this type of heavy lifting in the finals. But haters will hate. Warriors fan btw
2-4 in the NBA Finals, please stop the comparisons to Kobe And MJ. He has lost Back to Back Finals, and he goes out with a 12-33 performance. Where's the pursuit of greatness? Kobe and Michael combine have 13 NBA Finals appearances, and have 2 failures Combined and there from Kobe. You can not tell me that Lebron isn't going to lose more finals in his career. A real Leader doesn't say I the best player in the world blah blah blah, say that we have to play better it totality. Ala Steph curry.
LBJ should just retire, these spoiled fucking NBA 'fans' don't deserve him or Durant for that matter. You guys can just watch Riley in post game interviews and Curry jacking 3s all year every year.
I see a lot of people on here saying the warriors are luck and the cavs wasn't healthy. But people seem to forget the route the Cavs went through. A giant the bulls, Gasol was hurt and missed games and Rose was hurting, if John wall didn't break his wrist, the wizards would of beat the hawks, and the hawks! If delly didn't knock out Kyle and if Carrol was healthy… Injuries are a big part of sports. It takes everything to win the championship. Luck included. But the cavs faced teams that's wasn't 100% also.
I used to hate LeBron but damn after these finals , I respect LeBron. He never gave up on his team when he could have.
#RESPECT

LeBron still the GOAT…..finals are meaningless we should treat them as pre season shit.
lebrons been to the finals 6 times. 2 times he won 4 times he lost. 2-4… kobe. kobe >lebron
Spoiler: switch out ANY player with lebron for this finals and the result is the same (or worse)

Props to LeBron for dragging that severely outmatched Cavs team to two wins against stacked GSW
imo, neither prime MJ nor kobe can put this team up 1 in the series… against such a dominant team
Just give credit to this great leader
