A few spring training ago just before Mr. Strasburg joined the Nationals, I met with then interim general manager, Mike Rizzo about preventing pitching injuries.
After our meeting, Mr. Rizzo said that we will work together.
However, Mr. Rizzo changed his mind.
Had we worked together, Mr. Strasburg would not have had to undergo Ulnar Collateral Ligament replacement surgery or surgery to remove bone spurs in his pitching elbow.
    Sincerely,Dr. Mike Marshall

The drive line of the fastball is is only supported by the Ulner collateral Ligament and the Teres Minor Muscle.
They will fail guaranteed and the Detroit Tigers know full well the knowledge of the carnage they create by teaching pitchers to roll the middle and index fingers.
Max Scherzer will certainly injure his arm and lower back soon like Verlander.
The Circle Change and the Curve Ball will ensure the Tigers of this.

That is the how and why the Tigers killed Mike Marshall's range of motion in his rookie year with the Detroit Tigers too.
The Detroit tigers will sign him the an actionable P.U.P. Form readily at hand so they may throw Max Scherzer under their bus or some other MLB teams bus.

This type elbow slamming which the Detroit tigers are notorious for teaching throwers like Max Scherzer.
To keep pitchers like Max from retaining a lengthy career in the core of throwers. in Detroit.
Even though Max can get this curving throw over. Max Scherzer, he will not know why it hangs from time to time.

He is not unlike every throwing the MLB. They are not trained to pitch according to wind conditions.
Look at what the Detroit Tigers did to Joel Zumiya' arm a 104 mile an hour fastball should be hit.
Only the design for it to be a strike first from the release point guiding it into the strike zone means this.
