It's annoying that we have to talk about this,
But someone has to say it.

I just think it's a damn shame how young girls (and boys too) are constantly defending actions like this. And these will be the same young people who always retweet feminist things onto your TL. I get that it's hard to believe a celebrity you have a crush on or look up to will ever do something terrible, but when irrefutable proof like a video comes about, defending the people like Nash Grier, Carter Reynolds, or Chris Brown makes it seem like it's ok for anyone do stuff like they did.

The dangers of giving young kids instant fame on social media.. It's so sad because there are some great things that have come out of it but this is just out of line. :/

I know this is an unpopular opinion but I think the Asian jokes got the situation more noticed. Funny memes get attention.

First!! But lol really you were on point with what you said about Maggie. She's not the problem, Carter is.

If you go on his twitter you'll see that he's acting like HE's the victim! It's so wrong! Especially with young girls (and boys) following him on social media, they'll believe that this is ok but it's not! Ugh!

he has been asking his underaged people (some are 14). its absolutely disgusting. in his stupid "apology", he said "we were dating." how is that any better? that makes him look worse bc if your girlfriend says no then you should stop. dating or not, no means no. he shouldve put his pants back on and respected her decision. he also said "do you want me to turn the light off" which leads me to think that he was trying to make her think that it was a flashlight. i dont know if she knew that she was being recorded. it disgusts me, but its sad that way worse things than this happen everyday and people are just now learning about it
