I use to love Keith Olbermann until he said this blasphemous statement.. How could you lobby for Brady to be suspended for a year but not for PED users ? Seahawks players has used PED but they weren't suspended for a year nor asked to be by fans. Actually, it's "innocent unless proven guilty." When you say "innocent until proven guilty" it implies guilt before conviction, which is not the foundation of American law. To be fair, far too many people make that mistake.
You don't need any other evidence to know, beyond any doubt, that Brady knew the balls were under inflated. A guy who makes his living throwing balls knows the second he picks up a ball if it is under or over inflated.
There are stories of baseball players feeling the thickness of the bat handle and complaining because it was too thick. There are records of one player in particular who turned an order from Louisville Slugger because his bats were too thick and after further testing it was discovered they were too thick – by the thickness of one sheet of paper. But the player could feel it.
Starlin Castro on the Cubs said in an interview just last week that he orders 30.9 ounce bats because if he gets 31 then they are too heavy. He feels the difference of half an ounce.
So there is no way you can convince me that Brady had no idea the balls were under inflated. Whether or not he had knowledge that they were under inflated on purpose is another thing. But he definitely knew, the second he picked up the balls, that they were under inflated.
Beyond that, it is not he Patriots fault. Sure they cheated, but this is more like bending the rules than outright breaking them. The NFL is to blame for having this rule in place. No team should have access to game balls prior to the game. Period. And allowing each team its own set of offensive balls is stupid.

I honestly think Brady should be suspended for half the season. Actually, give him time limit to get all appeals done by week 8 of the regular season. It makes it so that if the Pats win most games in the first 8 games, he will either miss the last half of the season or if the appeal does it's job, he will only have to sit out 4 games.
