I thought of doing one more of your short workouts after this one but it wasn't necessary, I sweat a lot during just this workout and it worked all my muscles but the cool down really made it so easy to feel rested as soon as I was done. I am adding this workout to my favorites, it's simple but challenging enough!
Kettlebell stuff was right on par with being not easy, but not impossible — the balance I'm always striving for. I felt like the abs portion was a little too easy and short.
Loved this! Definitely feel more 'in to it' when they're filmed in your garage as opposed to the house. Weird, I know.. Thank you, guys – love your workouts
This is the second day in a row when doing one of your workouts I get interrupted halfway through with an error has occurred please try later. Sooooo frustrated!!! Is it me? Of all the workouts I have ( and I have lots ) yours are hands down the best!!! What to do?
