Everyone needs to see this. Thank you Bleacher Report for showing the side of JR Smith that ESPN/Yahoo Sports won't show. I like JR Smith a lot more now.

This is what the media does to players especially Black players. They think they're bad and want them to be depicted that way. Yeah they mess up, but so does everyone else. That's life. J.R. Has always been portrayed as a negative character becuase of how he looks, his style of play, his aggression on the court. Yet off the court he's gotten into trouble and been victimized constantly. But thisis the side they will never show you, because a lot of people are not interested in this side, it doesn't attract masses like when bad things happen. And that's the problem with society

Who the hell would dislike this video. This is why you shouldnt judge people before you actually know them. This is amazing what jr is doing.

He plays golf, basketball, works out and has 2 jobs. There are people in my neighbourhood fully capable with nothing holding them back and they are just sitting on their ass. He is a role model to EVERYONE.

Jr smith is still a pot and cocaine addict, a player who only cares about his stats and not about the win, quit on his team in china by faking an injury and sued them, killed a man when he ran a stop sign, and he sucks at the NBA level and will always be a disappointment . I would not shake this man's hand.

That is an awesome side of him. I like to see that. Regardless, he has to sort some stuff out in respect to some of his behavior on the court. For his and other players' sake.
