The older guy does not realize the tyranny that has recently taken place in this country. We cannot have a evolutionary aspect of the constitution or our rights will be taken away, and they have, and we are living it. The question is how bad will it become if we continue to adopt the methods of the evolutionary aspect to the constitution?
