I remember when being asked what gave me the passion to make film and be a film writer? I answered to my friend that it was a few movies that impacted me to want to be a film writer and one of the movies I chose was “Can’t Buy Me Love” because back in High School, I was kind of a loner, I did not have much friends and I related to the character of Ronald Miller. However, even though I was unpopular I was also scoping the popular beautiful girls back than and if I knew a movie could identify me at that young age back than I knew film writing was something I wanted to do. Than here I am at on July 6, 2015 I was told to write a teenage script for a friend and who would of thought 28 years later people still wanted that kind of High School teenage script so of course every time I am ready to write it always puts a smile on my face because it gives me the opportunity to escape the world with creativity and art. I went on yahoo news to read the current events before I begin my script the very thing that wiped the smile off my face to the point I almost fell into tears when the news broke that Amanda Peterson died. I was in total disbelief my face told the whole story that very beautiful Cindy Mancini who yelled out the name Ronald to a young man who all he wanted to do was be accepted just like I was back in High School as they both rode together on that famous lawn mower away to the sunset my beautiful loving Amanda Peterson gone too soon. “You were popular in the eyes of us in the 80’s watching your smile that brighten the screen every time you cheered with Darcy Demoss and Tina Caspary. You made unpopular guys like me wish there were more Cindy Mancini around. Ronald said it’s just tough enough to be yourself because of you Amanda now we young guys who thought we could never get the popular woman you were more than a character you were the dawn of what we men wish we had and that was a beautiful woman like you. Whatever pain you may have gone through with the so call entertainment life where sometimes it punishes an innocent young star we didn’t just see you as Amanda Peterson the actress we saw you as Amanda Peterson a talented and beautiful gorgeous woman that made the 80’s the best year ever and for that Amanda we say we love you God bless you as he cradles you from the hurt or pain you may have endured from the post entertainment world you are in a place where you are safe but back in the world you will always be our Cindy Mancini and we men will be your Ronald Miller. Love you and R.I.P.

    Great person. Great actress.
    She'll be missed. She's loved.
She knew the value of work & success.

    A Personal Note of Praise:
Amanda was the only actress in the history of the business
who used the waist-heart-lungs as the center for motion & expression.
Her expression was loving & kind. Her gentleness & mental acuity were incomprable.
Great sincerity expressing the warmth & strength of a young lady.
    Great actress & person. Amen.

An odd movie in that the lead roles were so well acted, and the supporting roles were so HORRENDOUSLY acted, lmao…
