Some folks think about it but use their better judgement. The encouragement of this behaviour by, for instance, showing how many anonynous members they have…says "Look how many folks are doing it….it can't be so bad"". I think that may tip someone over the edge. Think about moral decisons you have made when encouraged otherwise.
