Well first an foremost I grieve for the families! Its so heart wrenching to think the family members have to travel all the way here to except the body of a daughter or son. Im so so sorry and prayers are with you all. The comments below are what we are all asking…10 people on that little balcony. I can picture them huddled onto the floor jumping and having a good time until it happened. What was the weight bearing factor and how many are allowed? Is their a written portion in the lease? I hate to play Monday quarterback, but you have to ask. I would also have a structural engineer check all those balconies.

I can picture 13 drunk students squeezing onto this small balcony & jumping up & down for a laugh, correct me if I'm wrong
13 people on that small balcony is asking for a tragedy to happen.
AT LEAST THEY WEREN'T AMERICAN–THEN IT WOULD'VE BEEN A TRAGEDY.
