Terrible form on the swings. Way too much of a squat and too much pulling with the arms. It's more like a squat with a high pull not a swing.The hips need to be engaged a lot more. Bell needs to be swung back more. Ben Harper is a douche.
I agree with alot of the comments about form. The RKC's out there must be fuming! Would be an awesome workout with corrections. The KB swing is not a squat! …anyway…anyone interested in proper form check out Jeff Martone or Steve Cotter! I like Bob Harper but disappointed he hasnt presented proper form.
anyone knows how many calories an average individual burns through this workout?
It bothers me greatly that bob doesn't do the whole workout with Becky, otherwise a good workout.
