This is eerily similar to the Tamir Rice killing. Takes 9 months to give life, 18 years to become a legal adult, and only 1.3 seconds to take it all away. I can't even fathom! Worst of all, like I said in a previous comment, is they'll investigate themselves and find no wrong doing! Tk if you can try and get the unedited video of events, cause I bet the ones the cops release will be edited up like mad if Sandra Bland case is anything to go by.

My whole thing is, they claim he was attempting to steal a car, but why would he drive HIS CAR into the dealership window, steal another car and leave his at the crime scene and second, what type of struggle lasts than 2 seconds and third, why was an officer who was still in training allowed to respond to a burglary if he didn't have the proper training

You broke this down very well. Good Job ! If that video tape doesn't get released, than I think we all know who is truly guilty here.

I call BS on your reporting. You're more confusing than what actually happened. When you say he was shot in less 1.2 seconds do you realize the officer saying he sees a man in the dealership is not the same cop or cops in the dealership? He sounds like he us observing as they pull up on scene. YOU are too quick to judge. I'm not saying the video company didn't exaggerate but I'm not saying I know all the facts like you pretend to present. You cause more hate and distrust by your biased opinion. I call BS on your BS "report"

Why was he stomping out the windshield on the car? He drove through the gate and then drove through the front window. Why are you lying?

I remember when people use to get guns to protect them or their family from criminals, thugs, etc.. Nowadays you have to pack a gun to protect yourself from the police. Smh

That was my little cousin only 19 years old with a promising future, and not a bad kid AT all… he was very well mannered and he was such a light to all he didn't discriminate he made people feel comfortable he was the sweetest boy I've ever known and I sure hate the such a horrible thing like this has happened we can NEVER bring him back and I'll never forget nor will that pain ever subside I'm deeply stricken with hurt especially since the death of my 17 year old brother just 2 years prior this has to stop! Where in the hell is it okay for an officer to choose to play God and remove such beautiful souls from His precious green earth?? The end is near and if you don't know God and His promise to His people you better find out because this IS NOT the end… Rest In Paradise CJ ❤❤

I'm sorry but whoever made this video is a fucking idiot. Christain was my friend and I had also worked with him but making the police look like their out to kill black people is not what they're doing. Yes I agree that the cop Shouldn't have shot him unless Christain did attack him but I highly doubt he would attack a cop. And first off Christain was in the wrong for going to a dealership and kicking in the windshield. Someone doesn't go to a dealership and do what he did just to do it, he had to of been under the influence of some kind of drug.

It wasn't within 1.3 seconds of arriving on scene. The audio we're hearing is from a different officer than the one who shot. Only a moment after HE mentions a straw hat are shots fired. This audio gives no insight into what went on from the perspective of the officer who pulled the trigger. Am I the only one who noticed that? Or do you think the cop that shot CT pulled the trigger and immediately reported it in this audio clip?

The gate was LOCKED SHUT and he went over it -it's on the video. He was jumping up and down on cars -it's on the video. He smashed a windshield in -it's on the video. He was behaving very irrationally -it's on the video.

Fox4 just tweeted photos of the video where Taylor is jumping on windshields and shows his SUV breaking through the gate of the dealership. This dude is full of shit.

The audio has been edited to remove the dead air…its possible their recording system does that automatically.

This actually seems most like the John Crawford killing in the Beavercreek Walmart… call to the police with false information. Then the cops run in and start shooting before the 'suspect' even has a chance to react.

Hopefully it will be better handled than that fiasco. There the police chief praised his officers for their quick response to protect the shoppers… somehow overlooking the fact that if his officers had instead blown it off and gone on a donut run two of those shoppers would still be alive (Crawford and a woman who had a heart attack because police didn't clear the store first before opening fire). Then the prosecutor allowed the dirt bag who phoned in the false report of Crawford pointing a rifle at little kids (he didn't) the chance to review the videos and 'revise' his story… and then the grand jury was told that going in guns blazing was standard procedure for 'active shooter' situations because you don't want to let the shooter kill more people while you are getting civilians out of harms way, trying to isolate the suspect (Crawford had actually isolated himself… he was in an empty corner of the store talking on his cell phone), et cetera. Just one problem with that… it wasn't an 'active shooter' situation, because Crawford was holding a child sized BB gun – on sale in the store. The police hadn't even been TOLD that shots were fired. Their response was therefore NOT standard procedure and the grand jury testimony to the contrary was flat out perjury. Crawford dead. No charges against anyone. Cops kept their jobs.

This is incredibly confusing. The fact that he was up there at 1am is weird, like, that's definitely off hours and he is trespassing on private property at that point. I don't really understand why he would be there. It could be he drove by and saw the gate was open and decided to check out some cars? Still shouldn't have been there.

Having said that, the penalty for trespassing or even burglary is not insta-death. Your point about the crash coming AFTER he was shot is very good, and makes way more sense than him breaking into a car, then getting back into his own car, then crashing into the dealership, then getting into a fight, then getting shot. That's just incoherent and bizarre, and doesn't match with the audio.

UNLESS, maybe, the officer who shot Tarlor had already been in the middle of an encounter/struggle with him, before the one who spoke on the audio said he saw the Taylor in the straw hat. But you'd think the guy who spoke would've mentioned that, like, there's a struggle happening right now, instead of just saying I see a man.

I agree their holding the video is suspicious, but I don't see how they could edit the video to somehow make Taylor crash through the window before being shot. The police will run into the building after he's dead and maybe have their guns pointed at him, but he would be obviously dead and there would be no struggle. And there should (hopefully) be video of the cop shooting him while he's still outside the building.

Seems like the stupid rookie cop got trigger happy, then ran a BS line about some struggle, and the rest of the police dept is running with that. But I just can't see that story holding up when the video comes out. So I would also tend to agree that the video will not be released, because it will destroy their story. There will be some amazing coincidence where it just happened to not be recording at the crucial moment.

This is just a strange situation all-around, and I wish there were more coherent details available.
