One more thing Dirk needs to learn how to throw the lob up to Dj when defenders get all up in his face!!! Even with Wright & TC Dirk has never been good at putting the touch on the ball for the fade which is weird considering the touch he has with his shot! Dirk has become a better passer as he got older but hes never been one to throw a decent lob pass! Hope he works on that

Opposing teams best defensive big always comes out to guard dirk, so when Dirk sets that high screen, any avg guard can get into the paint & get the easy lay in or if Dj's big comes off him to stop the penetration its alley time!!!!! Why all teams today look for stretch 4's or Dirk types… Why Houston wanted Bosh & Dirk so badly to free up Howard even more in the paint!!!! So with the right spacing especially now with Mathews & Parsons on the wings… Spacing will be no problem!!!!
Will admit CP & Wes need to recover but if our training staff which is tops in nba cant get them back no one can!!! Will also admit mavs do need a PG, a penetrating PG like a Lawson who is always right up there every yr when it comes to who attacks the rim the most next to monta ellis! But this belief that mavs or Jordan needs a cp3 to get his dunks is complete BS
