I have reserved W10 but when I try to relaunch the app to read around about W10 it goes not respoding and crashes although stays in the system tray. Does this happen to anyone else if not do you have any thoughts?

When I click the app it just closes? But when I right click on it it did say "reserve your copy" but now i've clicked that it says "check your upgrade status". Each time the app very briefly says "please wait" then closes. Is my upgrade coming?

For anybody still having trouble with this try this. start command prompt (run as administrator) copy and paste the script below and you should have icon on your task bar in seconds!

    reg add "HKLMSoftwareMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionAppCompatFlagsUpgradeExperienceIndicators" /v UpgEx /t REG_SZ /d Green /f
    %SystemRoot%System32GWXGWX.exe /taskLaunch

It is not appearing for me, i think its because i don't have all updates but every time i try to update it, it keeps cancelling the update and restarting my computer and then it try's to update it again and then the whole thing starts again. what do i do?

i would have reserved my copy the first day it came out, but the compatibility check (forgot the name) told me norton 360 would not work or even transfer to windows 10. now, this is an issue because thats the only antivirus i care to, and actually CAN have on my pc. and i cant just… not have anything.
just sucks because i hate 8.1 (mostly because i cant open any of the metro apps, including pc settings :/)

hopefully norton will get its ass in gear or something.

Tried all three methods, no luck, all updates are installed, both the important ones and optional updates. My hardware is (should) be up to par.

    CPU: Intel Core i5-4570 @3.2GHz
    Mem: 8gb
