I'm very sad… but both teams played a very good match. Norway's effort was not enough. I think we needed Hansen there; but the team did their best.

Hope to see them next time in France 2019. For the second star!

Congratulations, England! First time won a match outside of group. You are teaching a lesson to your men's team. :)

It almost seems fated to happen. At the 2012 Olympics Canada knocked hosts England out of the competition. Now England plays Canada again on their turf. Will England return the favor to Canada and knock them out of their own competition? We shall see.

england were shockingly bad for the first 55 minutes, lucky they reorganized, norway should have taken advantage when they were dominant. england will have to play a lot better than that.

As an England fan I am happy we won, however I was not happy with our performance in the first half, we gave Norway far to much respect and space. When Norway scored 0-1 It was the best thing that happened to us as we had to open up and play attacking football. From here on we have a great opportunity to progress to the Final, it is possible, however we need to show out talents in our attacking options, if we do… we have a brilliant opportunity to progress to the final, and maybe …. ???

Norwegians looked like they are heavy to accelerate. No. 8, who was guarding the near post, is guilty of leaving it unattended. Back in my younger days, I would hug the post (thus playing opponents onside to the frustration of my teammates) defending corners.
