He has the B filter upside down) If your system is leaking that would be the reason. The filters go in opposite directions. The nipple of the A filter points down while the nipple of the B filter points up into the screw on cap.
I would be very happy to send you guys out a couple of our glass bottles though.

Saved money over the hardware store for OEM product. Did have to double check online for directions for the older model that I have in my kitchen. Did take a while for it to stop dripping but that is explained in the directions.

According to the Aquasana site, "Question: Do the Aquasana products remove fluoride?
Answer:
Both the AQ-4000 and the EQ-300 will reduce fluoride by 40-60%. This is accomplished with the activated coconut shell carbon. Activated carbon will remove 2 of the 4 fluorine isotopes, which will typically lower fluoride levels to below .5 ppm."@eternalstarsurfer

Not to be a pain, but you could have replaced the shower filter without removing it from shower.
Does your sink filter leak? Be honest, now.

You are so sweet! Thank you!
@calism23 No, but to be honest, we've now switched to the ionizer, and don't use the filter anymore.
