guys can we all agree to stop posting Lenny faces and posting too dirty comments too often? look what happened in that last video, it was a foot fetish porno with the title "I love memes :^)" meaning one of our Lenny boys got too horny while reading the comments and hacked his channel.

Whoever did that get a life and fuck off our boy Etika.

Well, companies are allowed to censor whatever they want and technically and legally YouTube can, too. They are a corporation and "freedom of speech" does not apply to them, it only applies to the government. "Free Speech" does not apply on YouTube as they do not need to abide by the specifics of the Constitution. When a company wants to copyright claim a video, they have all the legal merit to do so. It sucks, but the thing is, they are a corporation and like it or not, corporations are created to make money. Period. The "reporting of news" is a bit tricky. If you took up a case with Nintendo, you might have a case, but then again, a judge could say, "you are not reporting about the government so the First Amendment does not apply here". Plus, most news centers have their own sites and companies so it they can more easily deal with copyright. You and other YouTubers are on YouTube and therefore, YouTube can censor you whenever they want to. And they can technically. It sucks, but that is the reality.
