i hated the fact that this song wasn't a hit.
janet trivia: did you know britney spears "everytime" video was inspired by this video? did you also know that rihanna's "stay" was also said to draw inspiration from this video?

not only is Janet one of the most beautiful women in the cosmos, she is equally as smart a businesswoman and musician who has never been given the credit she so assuredly deserves. Listen to how this song starts out, so mellow and incredibly sexy.(Well, everything Janet does is incredibly sexy). Then gradually builds and builds, till at the end, it washes over you like a cool flow of water on a hot sultry summer night.

Janet, proves with this one that a real Artist can indeed take their clothes off – but that it can also be done with an extreme amount of class and sophistication. In every single shot, you were always left wondering what she might look like, not knowing she actually looked like – wanting what you could barely see, but not knowing what you could not see.

This video provided great Mystery and Intrigue. It was performed by a professional who had a high level of confidence in her abilities, tremendous class and unrivaled sophistication.

Younger Gen artists need to take note. This is how it should be done. Class first, then Talent second. In that order.

It's just clicked how influential this must have been to Britney's Everytime single/video – from the song title and tempo to taking a shower/bath/water. Dayum Janet – you influencing everyone! Hehe

I've been looking to this song since when I first heard it way back in 2006. They couldn't tell me the artist everytine I am asking my friends who rarely know this song until I had time to look for it and it's kinda ridiculous that I finally found it today. Lol.
