Coming from someone who used to watch kuwtk religiously, Its really sad to see what they have become. A 17 year olds perception of her own beauty being this distorted is not "not that big of a deal." They basically said that because they're in the spotlight, its causing them to feel insecure about themselves so they want to change it. What kind of BS is that? Even though I'm not one bit surprised, Kim should be ashamed of herself and she should know by now that no matter how many surgeries you get, there's always gonna be something about your body that you don't like. Most people usually/can't help but go overboard with surgeries because insecurities is a never ending cycle. Just like kylie said at the end "as of right now" SMH. Idc if you're pro-plastic or not but this is horrible to see and its more horrible to see the older sister, who should be wise enought to know better, give the dumbest advice she could've given to her little sister.
I agree with Kim. Natural beauty is great, but also what makes you happy is important. Kylie should do what she wants with her body, but she should also be careful. Cosmetic surgery is not like shopping for clothes. It has consequences. But I say if she really doesn't like something that much, it is okay to change it.
I love white girls with pale skin, small boobs, and thin lips. I love black girls with dark chocolate skin, big butts, and fat lips. The one thing you hate about your body might be the one thing someone loves about you.

Anyone else find it hilarious the irony of Kim telling Kylie to own up to it and not go overboard? Kim has had obvious countless plastic surgery procedures over the years and she has never admitted to doing ANYTHING besides trying botox once.

I find it so funny what people think is ok and others dont…. How many of these commenters have had braces? Thats a cosmetic surgery but this teen gets injections in her lips for the same reason people get braces and all hell breaks loose.
Ive never needed braces but wouldn't judge those who have… I have had 21 reconstructive and plastic surgeries after an accident with liquid acid. Should i have just stayed that way and suffered depression because of my insecurity. Should ur mom not have taken you to get your braces and let you suffer your insecurity?
People get insecure snd its a natural normal feeling but for some it can lead to depression and making fun of them is just wrong!
My heart hurts for Kylie. She's obviously trying to find a way to love herself and the way she looks, she's just going about it in the wrong way. While I get where Kendall is coming from, I think it's easy to feel that way when you've always been considered the beautiful one. Hopefully Kylie gains more self confidence, if that means getting a surgery here and there- fine. But I think she's too young to be doing anything right now. She should give herself a chance to grow into her features.
