I get such a kick out of Scalia. He is always the one talking about what the framers intended, but in this case he completely ignores it. Shows he really is just a complete hypocrite.

In times such as these, I miss Gore Vidal and his pronunciation of Scalia's name

    snarls face

    "SCARRRRRRRRRR-LEEEEEEEEE-AHHHH"

what gets me are all the republican responses to the ruling. so dire, so defeated, and yet so determined to overturn a supreme court decision. they are a party headed for the bone yard. no compassion and no understanding of the cares of needs of the people.

Antonin is giving himself too much credit if he thinks it is ScotusCare. He didn't do anything to increase healthcare for anybody, except himself. It was an act approved by Congress. It's the Supreme Court's job to decide whether the law is Constitutional, not whether they agree with it. If the ACA violated the Constitution, the plaintiffs would have had a case, but it doesn't. I really can't believe Antonin Scalia has a law degree. His spoiled-child tantrums make it sound like he lacks the knowledge to pass an Intro to Political Science class.

Perusing a degree in liberal arts such as piano, art , writing. Theater, or literature is a beautiful thing and in the past has produced some of this world's greatest artistic and thoughtful minds. My God, the world needs more of those who are creative, caring and sensitive and less of people like yourself, who by your comments only prove your ignorance and lack of any thoughtful true insight or sensitivity towards others. You only prove one thing….what an ugly and angry person you are. According to you, being poor, hungry, homeless, sick, impoverished, working at McDonald's, every condition or challenge facing us mortal losers is no fault but our own..You are above it all and make a lot of money…you told us that you do..that makes you better. I'm still waiting to hear what you consider to be a noble act as far as healthcare is concerned in America? You seem to know what isn't a noble act…obamacare right.
You claim not to even live in the United States. But you certainly have your strong opinions.
My family is European and would never think or express themselves in such an ugly way as you do with regards to their fellow citizens. We all live here on this earth together my friend. It's not all about YOU.

This wouldn't have gone this far, if democrats would've nutted up and fought as strongly for it as rethuglicans fought against it, instead of covering their ass' for reelection.

Hey ProIntelpsygame fake agent, you must be under the age of 25 and still living with mommy. Do you really think everyone can afford a great college education and get a high paying dream job? If that were the case, there would be nobody working at McDonalds serving your worthless ass. Do you really think insurance companies are out there to help people? Have you ever heard any news reports on people actually going bankrupt because of insurance companies not insuring them?

I'm glad this has been put to bed. The law was intended to include as many people as possible, NOT exclude as many people as possible.
