tbh i thought this year he didn't dunk it as much. but i was wrong, this man dunked ALOT. But you can tell the difference in vertical, at the start of the year since he slimmed down he didn't get off the ground as easy. But as of now where he's gained some of the weight back he's back to the old lebron, soaring and flying like the best of em
He isn't getting a lot of lift on his dunks like he was in Miami. Age and all the weight he's put on his knees over the years is starting to pull him down a lil

What type of dunk do kd and melo be doing on a break away? Lebron had his trade mark hook dunk which is better than most super stars this year.

Amid all those HGH allegations, it's really interesting to see the difference in his athleticism from the beginning of the season, and later on.
Despite the grind of an 82 game season, and being a 30 year old man, somehow (lol) LeBron becomes more athletic as the season progresses!
That HGH trip down to Miami early in the season really paid off.
You can hate all you want. But this time capsule is pretty impressive evidence to support all those who say he uses PEDs…
