28 minutes of a CEO basically saying nothing. I was hoping to hear something that made me hopeful for Yahoo, but instead got 28 minutes of fluff and smiles… To have a major web company not have anything exciting on the table doesn't bode well for its future.
The problem with Yahoo is that it's not one thing specifically. It's a little of everything. Kinda like Google. But Google does it good. Yahoo does it bad. It's slide so far down the slide that at this point there's no going back. Yahoo hasn't been cool since circa 2003. It's like trying to bring back myspace.
God, she's amazing! I know there're many objections but I still think she's saving Yahoo! Her answer to the 1st question – what is Yahoo! maybe still doesn't clearly identify Yahoo!, but what she said sounds quite true – it doesn't matter if a tech company doing media or a media company doing tech, what matters are we build products that people love, use it every day, inspiring…
Man, I have seen tons of TechCrunch interviews conducted by Michael Arrington and one conclusion I havd been able to come it is that Arrington is a TERRIBLE interviewer.
Does she have sore throat here? I hope she doesn't sound like that all the time.
Oh Marissa you sex kitten you.

Marissa Mayer is one hot momma!
She is…. really attractive
She's a no-body. A young punk CEO who thinks she's better than she is. Typical Yuppie.

Pretty good – she could be way more evasive but does try and answer the questions.

What is wrong with her voice?
Her voice is definitely an eye catcher; however, I think she is beautiful.
She squints like a mole and tells all the same stories over and over again every time she is interviewed.
Leave Yahoo alone
They give me good weather forecast
I think its actually a good interview
This guy's such a pig I don't know why she sits down with him every year.
Uhhh…what has she done?
Man, I have seen tons of TechCrunch interviews conducted by Michael Arrington and one conclusion I havd been able to come it is that Arrington is a TERRIBLE interviewer.
This guy is back? Why? He was a douche the prior year and they let him interview her again?
