One of Rockstars greatest accomplishments in seamless game-play and cinema. This is the type of thing which goes just beyond the medium of gaming and into an entirely different form of entertainment. A melancholy soundtrack set to the infinite downward spiral of the soul known as Max Payne. Beautiful dialogue, smooth and responsive game-play and an atmosphere of the uncanny yet realistically gruesome world which surrounds Max and therefore those who witness his story.

This game should be made into a movie (there was a movie with Mark Wahlberg, but that one was crap). Who should play the lead role?

"I'm going to disable the comment option since you stupid fucking childish trolls won't stop writing me."

So, this fucking moron says something stupid, get's completely and utterly exposed beyond repair… then goes on a rant about how everyone except him, is stupid? deluded much?

"No one will be able to right another message any more. Period."

No you fucking coward, people WILL be able to reply to you, and even if you block me, they'll still be able to reply, and you'll get ALL the notifications, there's no bitching now.

"You gamers are some of the most miserable piece of troll shit I have ever met. "

So, a non gamer click on a clickbait video, that has a thumbnail clearly meant to incite discussion/views, goes on a rant about how disgraceful it is, get's obliterated, cowards like a cunt, disables replies soon after he admits he's not a gamer. Congratulations, you are pathetic.

If you ask me, the most tragic moment was Marcello's death.
Imagine being killed that way. No one should die that way – except the guy who killed Marcello that way.

This game was one of the best games of 2012, it had a great story line, very cinematic and action filled, just some of the property's that a few of the highly anticipated games of 2014 did not have. What happened to improvement ? I would play this game any day over a, unoriginal, poorly made, over priced and sometimes rather short hyped up game. Now its 2015, quality and originality is what's expected.

Max Payne 3 is a brilliant story, so close to being absolute perfection I can think of it that way regardless of the small flaws. Going back and playing through the game knowing what happens makes the story that much more rich and deep. You get constant clues thrown in your face that don't make sense until the end. When Becker tells Da Silva "Don't stick your nose in a place it doesn't belong" after Max saves Rodrigo Branco from the first kidnap attempt, you don't get what he's talking about until the awful truth is revealed in a twist, and you see just what the other Branco brothers are up to, and how Victor was keeping his campaign afloat when his older brother cut off his funds, why Marcello was interested, why Raul Passos never seems to be straight and narrow, and why Max ended up in Brazil. The detractors don't get it,I guess.

Also, why the fuck are there 589 dislikes? Other than sorely missing a lot of dialogue only found in actual gameplay, and not referencing any of the Clues Max finds along the way, this is great.

This is one of few games that really made me feel like a action hero in a movie. I hope rockstar keeps producing game stories like this. This was straight perfection for me

Poor Fabiana. If all the bad guys know Max is gonna kill a thousand people when he finished they wouldn't have started.
