The beat sounds like something The Grinch would tip toe to while jacking all your shit from under the Christmas tree

Top Rappers of the "New Golden Age" (Currently): 1-25 (so far) 1. Drake – Say what you want but Drake is currently KING. Since day 1 he's been on FIRE. Versatile, has transcended the genre, created lanes, popularized styles, CONSISTENCY, featured on EVERYONES track, extremely accomplished, hit song after hit song and his most anticipated album "Views From the 6" drops this year. The man is by far the #1guy of this generation and one of the most vulnerable artists hip hop has ever seen. An absolute PHENOM. 2. Kendrick Lamar – With a classic album already under his belt in GKMC, and TPAB getting its acclaim, the sky is the limit for Mr. Lamar. He's always been one of the better lyricists now he's become one of the better all-around rap ARTISTS. The next 3 years will be very interesting… Kendrick is making his case for legendary status. 3. J. Cole – King Cole. THE CHOOSEN ONE. The man with probably the most potential on this list andwho out the gate was projected to be Drake's number one competitor. Many believe he has fallen short of that but is slowly on the rise to finally claim his "rightful" spot at the thrown (see 2014Forrest Hills Drive). Don't sleep on Young Simba… EVER. 4. Nicki Minaj – Regardless of how you FEEL, she's the most accomplished and DOMINANT female rapper of all time. Nicki has already established herself as an ICONIC figure in pop culture in only 6 years. She has a unique or annoying (depending on your taste) flow and is reminiscent of classic female rappers most noticeably Lil Kim & Foxxy. Not to mention the fucking BARBS!! lmao. She has capitalized on her aesthetic more than any female rapartists since Missy Elliot and Kim before her and Nicki is also a pop/rap, hit-making superstar. Like it, love it, or hate it, Nicki will likely be revered as a legend when its all said and done… 5. B.O.B – SURPRISE! Yes. Bobby Ray. Heralded for his individuality, lyricism and versatility early in on his rise. Come 2010,B.O.B made a sharp turn from underground bubbling act to pop/rap SENSATION. He has had his peeks and dives but is definitely deserving of a top 5 spot overall. He has had one of the biggest breakouts in hip hop history recently. IDC what rapper you are on this list you KNOW DAMN WELL you wish you could've wrote/hadsuper hit collabs like"Airplanes" and "Nothin on You".. 6. Big Sean – SEAN DON. BOI! Yes, one of Detroit's finest. Coming off of his most impressive album thus far "Dark Sky's Paradise" and a few hit records in between his debut album and now, the future is looking damnbright for Sean. I think he is exactly where he needs to be currently. Only better things lie ahead for this dude. Quickly moving his way up the list. 7. A$AP Rocky – Would be top 3 if it weren't for the guys sitting there lol. Rocky is creative, charismatic, innovative and fresh. A fashion icon and with a classic mixtape in "Live.Love.ASAP", smash singles, and his last two albums being solid at the very least, this self proclaimed "pretty mothafucka" is on his way to superstardom and potentially legendary status. Might even be a triple threat… (see the movie "DOPE") 8. Macklemore – Despite how you might feel about him, the man hs had an amazingly impactful career so far. From the seeminglyoutta fuckin nowhere breakout hit "Thrift Shop" to a classic stadium anthem in "Can't Hold Us", to possibly the biggest, most beautifuland most important song of the decade in "Same Love", Macklemore accompanied by Ryan Lewis has set the not only hip hop but even the WORLD to blaze. Lets see what he has coming next… 9. Tyler the Creator – One of the most charismatic, genius, idiotic, silly, hilarious and entertaining acts of modern day hip hop. Set the world on fire with his debut and the introduction of OFWGKTA. A talented writer and visionary with major commercial success despite his less then stellar albums. Lots of potential in this man. 10. Wiz Khalifa – One of few artists in hip hop who easily found his niche early on and has been cruising to victory since. The man has been HOT since his coming out party in 2011 with 'Black and Yellow'. Since then highly anticipated mixtapes and #1albums. Khalifa has collabed with just about every artists in the business hip hop or otherwise and has a slew of hits to show for it.While quite one dimensional musically, the incredible following/fan base(Taylor Gang) he has isn't rivaled by many artists and is racking in major tour numbers internationally. The question iswhat's thisPittsburg natives next move? 11. Meek Mill – Ole' YELLLLLIN ASSlol. Before jail time and Omeeka, Milly was STILL one of the hottest spitters and all around rap artistsin the game and it seems like the same old same old for Meek debuting at number 1 for his new album. How long will Philly's best last in the hip hop relevancy?? 12. Wale – UNDERRATED??Over appreciated? His newest project "The Album About Nothing" ft. Jerry Seinfeld, is one of the most unique albums this year… Maybe in hip hop history??? Time will tell where Wale stands in hip hop history but right now he seems to be in his comfort zone. 13. Childish Gambino – Multi talented is an understatement. The man can write, dance, sing, comedy stand-up, act, rapBUT is thisGambino has been on the hip hop grind for 5+ yrs with impressive mixtapes with is witty, funny, and entertaining lyricism. His impressive album, "Because of the Internet" was nominated last year at the Grammy's for 'Album of the Year' (lost). Can this 'jack of every trade' build on his new fame and prestige in hip hop? Or will he move onto other work and greener pastures? 14. Chance the Rapper – This is kid is the one to look out for… Unorthodox rhyming patterns, originality, flow, likability, uniqueness and intelligence. I doubt hip hop has ever seen something like him before… Don't be surprised when he's the most talked about rapper in the next 2-3 years. Major praise and acclaim from both his classic mixtape (that sounded like an album) "Acid Rap" and his new SOX group project/album, "SURF". This guy has legendary potential… 15.Future – Would be top 10 if he could truly be considered a rap artists. His impact is undeniable. 16.Big KRIT – Skill wise = top 4, quality & body of work = top 5, EVERYTHING else = honorable mention 17.(A) Logic (might be the biggest rapper in the world someday) (B)Schoolboy Q18.YG 19.Joey BadA$$(future legend) 20. Earl Sweatshirt 21. Migos 22. French Montana 23. Mac Miller 24.Vic Mensa- His potential rivals Chance's. Future top 10 rap artists guaranteed. 25. Iggy Azalea (smfh but it is what it is)… HONORABLE MENTIONS/Future Top 25 : Isaiah Rashad, Action Bronson, Raury, Towkio Shawn, Young Thug, G-Eazy, Travi$ Scott, Daye Jack, KYLE, Noname Gypsy, The Underachievers, Mick Jenkins, King Los, Dej Loaf, Audi Push, King Mez,, Bishop Nehru, Azelia Banks, BOOGIE, Dillion Cooper, Bas, Allan Kingdom, KR, FATHER, Tink, Vince Staples, Alex Wiley, D.R.A.M., GoldLink, Lil Dicky, Cassie Veggies, OverDoz, Flatbush Zombies, Cozz, Saba, Troy Ave, Lil Simz, ASAP Ferg etc
