Good workout and was happy could finish it without a break. Thanks to the 15 second rests cause I have to have some water during workout like these. Been slowly working up my way in Kettlebells.Started about a year ago and do them 2-3 days a week with treadmill/kickboxing etc on the other days. Legs did get a bit weak. When I want to change up my routine all I do is look towards Fitness Blender.
I would love if you guys could give some suggestions for modifications for people with neck injuries. I have a plate in my neck and cannot raise any weights over my head. I know many other people with this problem so I know it would be helpful to others. Thanks!!
That was tough for me using only a 25 lb. kettlebell. The exercises that required arm extension in Rounds 3 and 4 weren't possible, but I still got a good workout just holding the kettlebell in a static position. It was a quick, sweaty, and effective 30 minutes!

Did this workout and it was great. Thanks for the post. I love keltbells….strength AND cardio! I'm fairly new to keltbells so keeping the weight light but it was still challengeing.

I never used kettlebells but I like the idea of the motions incorporating the chest, abs and legs. I think I like this! I will have to pick up a pair!
