There's no valid reason for a government building in service of the Union to fly the colors of a seditious and defeated enemy. People can paint their homes with Old Glories for all I care, but this is no different than a German courthouse flying the Prussian flag or a Spanish town hall flying the Umayyad Caliphate's black flag. The Confederacy no longer exists, so there's no point for a public building in service for the nation to use its symbols.
I really liked the General Lee (1969 Dodge Charger) from The Dukes of Hazard when I was a kid. That car was awesome and had this flag painted on the roof, so to me it has always seemed look and childish to me lol. I hope they dont take it down I think it looks good
