It's scary how some people have the brilliance to bring joy and happiness upon billions of people's lives and yet, in themselves, they see nothing but a worthless human being taking up space. Robin was so brilliant and gentle but also SO modest in a way that made people want to scream, "Why can't you see how amazing you are?!" Such a cool and inspirational dude.

Wow, a lot of mean comments. Don't speak ill of the dead. Maybe he wasn't your favorite but it is really sad how he died. It is actually a common issue that affects people equally from higher and lower incomes and races. I hope in cases of tortured souls that there really is an afterlife for them, where they can be happy.

Not many people can make Johnny Carson laugh, and only a chosen few can really make him lose it like that. RIP to the greatest late night host and talk show guest ever.

Do you remember where you where when you found out Robin had passed?
I was in Pueblo, Colorado parked in front of a Best Buy chain so I could access the internet on my brand new laptop and then I saw the MSN headline that he killed himself. Oh no….I said out loud, not Robin…I can watch some vids with him in them but it's not easy. We needed him to stick around a lot longer….he is still loved by many.

At 10:26, he mentions Parkinson's. Ouch. Does anybody really know why Robin chose to end his life? I mean, not the media crap, but the insights and info from somebody who knew him?

My doctor just told me I have cancer.
I've been 'loading' again on Robin Williams these days.
I'll surely look for him – of course, after I find my dad and my grandparents! – when the time comes for me to go. It could be sooner than I might expect…
But, I know I'm going to look for a lot of people when my time comes.
He's probably still cracking jokes somewhere 'out there'. I'll thank him for making it a bit less 'heavy' (emotionally) as I knowingly walk through the path of inevitability.
    It's been fun watching him…
    :)

He made a lot og shitty movies, he really did. He was always so ON it honestly got a little annoying at times. He was far from perfect,
But he was a fucking comedy machine, a laugh machinegun, and to see him in his prime is wonderful and infectious.
He will never RIP, because there's nothing peaceful about that crazy mind. And there shouldn't be.

    Stay nuts forever Robin. Forever.
