Comparing him to Young might be spot on…Took Steve years and a stop out of the NFL (albeit in the USFL) as well being a backup to become what he was. Walsh and Co. had to fix a hitch in Young's mechanics as well…Steve Young wasn't even Steve Young until 1993ish. Before that people wanted Joe back and at times during Montana's injury were calling for Steve Bono to be Montana's replacement.

As a Florida State fan, I always despised Tim Tebow. I didnt know why. I just did. After watching this, and seeing how hard he worked in high school and how he's handled himself throughout the NFL. I respect him alot.

This guy was not good enough to play in the NFL. Why are we still talking about this guy. Stop stroking his dick already and move. He did.

Tim Tebow is one of the best Quarterbacks to ever live in running and throwing his only problem is his throwing and he has the exact imagine of a Quarterback but he need's help on his throwing and that's about it. Otherwise He is a great Quarterback all he needs to do now is just continue training and if you see Tim Tebow 2014 workouts on what he is doing you'll see that he is pushing Trucks and carrying weights over 200 pounds and in my opinion he is now the most hardworking Quarterback who is a free agent and Tim Tebow i hope he get's back into the NFL and he start's and i really do wish that Tim starts as a Quarterback and he will be the best and in my eyes i see Tim better then Tom Brady, Peyton Manning ,Alex Smith,Cam Newton,Jay Cutler,Tony romo, and some of the hall of fame Quarterbacks and i really do mean that and Tim just needs to get a chance and to be honest it's Tim's begining i and i believe Tim hasn't struggled to be a Full Quarterback cause the road wasn't easy for Tom or Peyton and specially Tom knowing what he's been through and something similar is happening to Tim and i think Tom should speak to Tim about what to do since all he wanted is to be in the NFL so the thing is Tim is going through the struggle he will come back AND HE WILL START AS A QUARTERBACK AND HE WILL GET HIS TEAM TO A SUPERBOWL.

@Captain 4Point0 I like the fact how you didn't know that Tim Tebow had a rib injury (Which was all over the news and ESPN), yet you still try to argue like you know everything about him and the Jets organization. Look man, Tim Tebow led the Broncos to an impressive playoff run, you'd have to be stupid or have some other motive not to at least give him ONE try. That's what I think, and that's what tons of other people think. Non-Tebow fans have even admitted the Jets gave him the shaft. Rex Ryan was obviously in some kind of struggle for power with the GM. Also, I'm a "paid intern". Get it right. That also goes to show that you've never even looked into or been to college, lmao. All people graduating college start out as interns, then eventually get hired on full time. What have you accomplished with your life so far? Instead of bagging on me, let's hear your accolades. Even if you work at Micky D's, that's still contributing to the society, because you're working. But, I'm sure all you do is sit at home and mooch off of someone else. Also, it seems you have a few anger issues, you should get those checked out. Oh wait, you probably don't have the money to do so. Better ask mommy for a loan.

2012…Tebow is barely a footnote as a punt protector. But he did upset the Steelers in the playoffs. Watch Brady 6 – that's the true tribute to an NFL QB.

You could say he set the stage for RGIII and Robert Wilson to become starters (due to the read option)
