"Women are just jealous" How typical, and dismissive. First of all: Men are peeved about this too. It's A SUBSTANTIVE ISSUE. But idiotic people who don't even want to TRY to comprehend what makes it so, want to just write it off as women being jealous. Evolution has failed you.

I see both sides of the argument.

There are some attractive female golfers. On PTI, Kornheiser commented that it would be a slippery slope, once female golfers start resorting to this, that would be what people would come to expect. They would never talk about how well the women play golf.

If you're going to pick Paulina Gretzky because she dates a golfer, hell, I'm sure there are women just as attractive who date golfers or even play on a novice level.

So to Bomani's point, why her? If it's about putting a "hot" woman on the cover, why not find the hottest woman they can, ask her if she knows anything about golf, and if she says yes, put her on the cover.

By the way, did anyone see Stephen A Smith on First Take rant about this topic? I wonder if he would've went on like that if Cari Champion had been there that day.

    Controversial?

The only thing wrong with that cover is that she just doesn't have the ass and thighs to pull that off.

The controversy is that there are plenty of female golfers with better goods than that.

I don't know which is which, but I agree with the black guy. Keep it classy, Golf Digest and stop being a money whore.
