I spent two weeks doing your first video lesson, which was great. Just starting on number two! I'm 68, but find these exercises great, already seeing and feeling a difference. I do three sets three times a week, at the moment only using a 15lb kettlebell. At what stage should I move up to a heavier weight, and what would you recommend?

Im a new to this kettle workout thing and I think I will stick to it. Thanks for making the videos challenging, but workable. I look forward to future videos. Thanks so much for sharing.

I've noticed that when I'm doing the kettlebell shoulder press – to the rack and back – I get a bruise where the kettlebell rests against the middle of my lower arm. Is this something that can happen, or am I doing it wrong? I'm having the heavy part rest against my bicep but part of it still presses against my arm when lifting it.

Thanks for the video Chi Chi and team! It would be great to know approximately how many calories are burned with each video you put out.

These videos are amazing! I've always had trouble committing to workouts in the past, but these videos keep it fun and challenging. I've been working out with the kettlebell for 2 1/2 weeks now and already notice a major difference in my body. I'm getting much stronger and I'm already down 6lbs! Thanks so much! Keep the videos coming! =)

Chi Chi, Thanks for the workout! Winter is keeping me off my bike and gyms are expensive. You're helping me to manage my diabetes at home. I usually do this or your beginner workout 2x-3x in a row. It's been the best blend of cardio and strength for me of all the bettlebell workouts I've tried on YouTube. Definitely the most accessible helping me get these kettlebells I bought figured out.

Hey thx for the videos!!! Just starting to workout with Kettlebells (did weightlifting before) and your workouts really brought me to my knees. I did 3 different workouts in a row cause on wasn't enough…is that ok or do you think I should rather start each workout from the beginning 3 times and do another workout (x3) on another day?
