My brother handed down a lot of dead tapes to me. I recall listening to this show on my way to school. I'm defiantly going to see the reunion. I wish I could have seen jerry, but I was born too late…

Weir…………d with all the crackle coming out of the speakers up and through 6:00. I never exp. that at a dead show before. It's an event that shows you exactly what your listening too….
We were a lot younger then. Does that touch of gray suit me anyway? It's great to see the show this way. Not on a blanket on the grass this time, but very cool to be transported back.
I loved, and was lucky to see the Dead play live. I saw some shows at Shoreline in the 90's, someone was launching rocket fireworks one night, one hit the giant white tent that they play under and it tripped the band up as it shot sideways after deflecting off the pinnacle tent, the song totally stumbled cause the band saw it hit above them, later the person shot more and one flew back into the lawn and went straight into a girl right next to me dancing, it tangled in her hair and was whipping around sparking and going wild in her hair she dropped to the ground and security ran up and doused her with water. I was in high school still, and stood there all tripped out as they carried her away . I never found out what happened to her or the genius lighting those up below. Does anyone else remember this or have any info?
Went over from Cupertino to see those guys with our Celica, ca mmunich – 89 was a crazy year anyway.

Set 2 , the entire band is in rhythm! Great Jerry and Brent interaction

This was a struggle for the band but they made it.

LOVE when Jerry flubs the lyrics sometimes =) That grin!
Never missed a Shoreline show or anything in the Bay Area, the Frost at Stanford were the best though.
