This officer should be fired and charged with assault at a minimum. If it is found that something happened inside the jail then more charges should be brought. I feel like they need to start making examples out of some of these police to give them real consequences for negative behavior.
Have better training, better surveillance, better pay (more incentive to be a good cop), treat cops like normal people and be charged like normal people (they are suppose to but they get away with murder on a daily basis), have police in some way get involved in a good way with the community so they don't think of the civilians like the enemy, require them go to perhaps police college?
