If this is all authentic this man was not murdering or raping anyone. If the cops of today can't apprehend someone without murdering them …we're in big trouble Dave. Breaking and entering and destruction of goods without threat of bodily harm to another does NOT merit a death sentence. Any way you slice this it's fucked up. my 4 cents.
