Biggest difference between the 2013 and 2014 Finals was Wade. He didn't show up when the Heat needed him to. In 2013, if Wade doesn't have this performance, the Spurs win this game and wrap up this series in 5 games. 2014, Wade never had any game like this in last year's Finals, and that's the main reason why it was heavily lopsided in the Spurs' favor.
