Why dont cops use tranquilizers to knock him out???? Why bullets to the torso instead of his legs??? Brutality and going iver board,..guy was unarmed, no threat…was running scared after cops killed other guy..if he was a killer he would of killed citizens and took cars, money, food, hostages…comeplete overblown by police..and to brutal way of handling this…i say take bullets away from police and guve them tranquilizer guns, shoot a dart into the person and they pass out pretty quickly..bullets are not always the need like in this situation..good cops and in this case trigger happy cop…no hero to me
