Well, considering my Cowboys have become a team of convicts (I say rename them to the Dallas Convicts,) they'll probably sign him to the team by next week. I agree with Stephen A. on this completely though.

He hit a neighbors car who was parked in his driveway with his door as he was getting out. I didn't hear of any proof of a DUI. People should get the facts before they judge.

    '4-8 games might be better'

For Richardson who drove 80+ mph with a child in the car while trying to escape police.

9ers quick to let him go cause when he came back last yr, he wasnt that good..aaron lynch was more productive, even if lynch didnt have sacks he did put pressure on opposing qb..lynch played with a injure justin smith also..aldon smith only put up great numbers if justin smith 100% healthy..he came back last season opposite injured j.smith..aldon was horrible, so it wasnt that big of a deal letting him go..niners got armstead and a healthy tank carradine, plus aaron lynch.niners still good.

I'm all for him going to jail if he's convicted, but he hasn't been convicted. Who knows what all happened. I can't guess, and I have no idea. He's done this twice, regardless, he hasn't been convicted. If he's guilty, I hope he gets what most people get after a third offence, not more, not less. And maybe even a one or two year ban from the league.
