With all of the info you gattered here, I can say ME4 is taking a good form! Somehow I feel this will be the game that will make worth my PS4 purchase… as on the last generation was the mass effect saga.

being in a different galaxy can be discarded if they said salarias are gonna be there, unless its very far into the future and we got to other galaxies, but regardless that wouldn't solve how the species are affected.

Interesting prospects. Hopefully we will see mass effect 4 by December or early 2016. I have my own ideas of what to expect for ME4 especially the origins of reapers.

Yay, let's all circlejerk our love for Mass Effect so they start milking it until it's not even good anymore.

NME is gonna be a test to see if Mass Effect can still evolve from here. If it fails Mass Effect is done and it's time to move on. (just for me personally)

Powerful hardware could be referring not to gameplay elements but the powerful hardware they're playing on, i.e. the new consoles.
