I was at Stonehenge last year and I was really disappointed. I found it really rude that people were climbing on top of the henge/stones, to me that was really disrespectful.As Litha is a ''sun-up'' ritual It was over caste, and if i remember correctly, the sun's rays were not visible at all. My memory of the event was not a positive one for me i was expecting it to me magical. I felt that the festivity should have only been for those who have a love and a respect for the pagan faith and not for those just wanted an evening of getting drunk and fooling around. I suppose any form of celebration is celebrating the Hight of the Sun God and bidding him farewell as he begins to wane.
