well, to be honest I never thought that there is so many wariations with kettlebell, im looking forward to try them, but could someone please tell what kind of benefits I will get from doing these ? hopfully those benefits are related with core strenght and stability it seems it is but im not an expert so im askingfor you guys ho tried this and get some result
Some great exercises, there are so many out there that many are forgotten. my fave at the mo when aiming more cardio is 2kb alternating clean on a 1 count, the constant dip/drive with sharp breaths really takes it out of you, my muay thai coach said its the hardest kettlebell exercises he done so far, next step for him…alternating snatch
What weight are you using for the swings? I have only one 30 lb KB. All I have been doing is two handed swing tabatha. It is very difficult. Should I get a lighter weight KB? How many reps and sets are you doing? My main goal is to lose weight.

This is the only thing people need to be doing. Maybe some pushups and cardio but thats it!! I live by this workout.
Try modified turkish getups, where you don't put your hand on the floor. Much tougher!

Might be a dumb question, do all of these in the same day for a full body? Break into a series? Best way to do this?

Kettlebell Hammer Curls are tough. At the gym I could curls 50's for ten reps. Kettlebells? I can hardly hammer curl my 20 pounder for ten reps.
