AAAAAAH!! I'm so eager to try this workout! I don't own a kettle bell, but I'm 100% going to buy one tomorrow!!! I joined a local (and very mediocre equipped) gym a while ago and although I like to go there and do cardio and toning.. I somehow really miss kettle bells there. So I'm gonna do this at home. Thanks for this video!! All the comments got me pumped even more!!!!!
Thank you so much for this video! It was just challenging enough for me as a beginner but not to challenging that it made me feel discouraged. I recently moved from FLORIDA to Finland and the weather here is cold and rainy. I try to walk at least 4 miles a day outside but with this weather it can be a challenge. This workout is a perfect alternative if weather doesn't permit me to go outside. Again thank you!! How often should I do this workout?
… If you're a beginner only do one of three rounds and see how your body feels the next day … When I started this routine, I did all 3 rounds the first time, and I could barely walk for a few days … I use 15lb kettlebells, but I'm 5'11" and 210 lbs …

Hey there! Quick question: How often would you do this workout as a beginner? My girlfriend and I just got our kettlebells and we are looking for a workout that we can repeat every week. Can we do this efficiently 3x a week? Or are there better, more specific workouts for a 3 day week?

Wrong form for Kettlebell swing. It's supposed to be a hip hinge, not a squat.
